Merle's chicken wings

My mother-in-law makes these every new year's day. On our ninth anniversary of moving away, I finally broke down and got the recipe. It's wonderful but not for the faint of heart.

Merle's chicken wings
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water

Combine all but wings in a saucepan. Pour over wings in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min. to one hour. Fabulous over rice!
