Easy herbed butter! I rolled it into a log, froze it and boy am I proud of myself. ;o) Of course, I tasted it and it was de-lish! Thanks for the great idea, this will be so good on potatoes all year round!EcoBurbanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14931648017376435556noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4780979693195745238.post-38543797105877332432008-07-29T17:18:00.000-04:002008-07-29T17:18:00.000-04:00I did a quick google search, and here's one for sa...I did a quick google search, and here's one for sage butter (just scroll down.)

http://www.ebfarm.com/Recipes/StyledRecipe.aspx?RecipeID=116Robbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03915194141694632310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4780979693195745238.post-11653150464858727852008-07-29T17:05:00.000-04:002008-07-29T17:05:00.000-04:00Do you think sage butter would work out? I wasn't thrilled with the results.

What did work well, though, were my basil flavoring cubes. Nope, didn't make pesto. You can't make fatfree pesto so I made an alternative with a tomato sauce base and TONS of basil. Tossing an ice cube or two of these into all sorts of dishes really worked well.Chilehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11406176434011890590noreply@blogger.com
